This product consists of a **soft mochi** (glutinous rice cake) filled with **delicate grain anko** (sweet red bean paste) and sandwiched between layers of **senbei** (rice flour crackers).
The mochi is delightfully chewy, and the combination with the tender grain anko is exceptional.
